Why Sample Supervision Matters?

The most common trap in global sourcing is the "Golden Sample." A factory can easily craft one perfect unit by hand to get your deposit. But does this sample represent the actual production line capability? Without supervision, samples are just marketing tools. At ACTR, we transform samples into legally binding "Quality Benchmarks" that the factory must adhere to during mass production.

Our Approach

We establish a strict "Chain of Custody" for your product quality using a 4-point framework:

• Lab Test Witnessing - We physically go to the 3rd party laboratory (or factory lab) to watch the testing process. We ensure they test the real sample, not a specially prepared dummy unit.
• Golden Sample Sealing - Once a sample passes, we lock it. We apply a tamper-proof ACTR seal and signature on the approved unit, leaving it at the factory as the undeniable reference standard.
• Material Verification - We check if the raw materials used in the sample match the technical data sheet (TDS). No hidden substitution of cheaper steel, plastic, or fabric is allowed.
• First Article Inspection (FAI) - When mass production starts, we rush to the line. We compare the very first product coming off the machine against your sealed Golden Sample. If they don't match, we stop the line.
